Ayurvedic Tea
Ayurvedic tea is based on Ayurvedic medicine. In the Czech Republic it is not that well-known, although its effects are very beneficial, in some cases miraculous.
Ayurveda – Teachings on a Long Life, “Life Knowledge”
Ayurveda was born in ancient India about 5,000 years ago and is often called “the mother of all medicines.” It tries to get the living organism in balance and renew its strength, reduce its vulnerability and enhance its ability to defend itself, so that a new disease cannot develop. It is therefore more a life style than a treatment system, a science about how to live in accordance with nature and create a harmonious connection with it. Health in Ayurveda means harmony. In order to achieve this, Ayurveda combines healthy nutrition, movement, meditation and breathing exercises, together with effective use of herbs and spices to strengthen the body and calm the soul.
Ayurvedic Tea and Its Effects
Traditional Ayurvedic medicine regards tea as a drink beneficial to health and a strengthening medicine for the whole body. It strengthens the nervous system, gives the body energy, clears the mind and is both a medicine and prevention against colds, energies and other illnesses.
